What is The Emotion Code?

The process of The Emotion Code uses specific questioning and muscle testing to find and remove emotions trapped in the body. It is a simple way to rid yourself of emotional baggage. These trapped emotions can be the underlying cause of up to 90% of physical and emotional pain. The Emotion Code was developed by chiropractor Dr. Bradley Nelson. What is a Trapped Emotion?

Dr. Bradley Nelson first coined this term when he realized that his patients' pain was often more than just physical. He found that negative energies became 'stuck' in the body during intense emotional events in an individuals life. Over time, Nelson learned that these negative energies can also be inherited or passed on from a mother or close family member before birth.

What is Muscle Testing?

The subconscious is the super-intelligent computer system of the body. It remembers everything that has happened in your life as well as what you need for optimum health and happiness. Muscle testing (kinesiology) is the process of asking the subconscious true/false or yes/no questions. The body's subtle response to these questions allows us to tap into the subconscious and receive answers.

Can The Emotion Code work for weight loss, abundance or relationships?

Most any issue can be benefit from The Emotion Code.  What is really happening is that we are releasing the blocks that we all have that prevent us from moving forward in certain areas of our lives.  Once these blocks are removed, we can see things in different ways and then move forward .

What Is A Heart-Wall?

It comes as no surprise that the heart acts similarly to a second brain within the body, and is therefore of vital importance. When the subconscious feels the need to protect it, whether from difficulty or trauma, it will form a layer of energies around the heart. These trapped emotions are necessary during difficult times, but having them long term can make us feel alone and disconnected. Do I Need To Give Personal Information?

No. The Emotion Code requires no personal information except for your age, which helps determine at what age certain emotions were trapped. As these emotions are released, individuals will sometimes remember associated incidents and discuss them; however, this is not necessary for the release of the emotion.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

A single session will begin the process of releasing trapped emotions; often, people notice shifts in how they feel right away. However, the more sessions you do, the more layers of trapped emotions are released. This is a process, so multiple sessions are recommended.  The more layers of trapped emotions you release, the more you become who you were meant to be, the True You!

What Should I Do After A Session?

Keep in mind, this is powerful work. Your body and subconscious will continue to process what has been cleared for a day or two.  Most individuals do not have processing symptoms, but you may feel a little emotional for a few days.  Dr. Nelson recommends staying hydrated, and I also encourage deep breathing and a little extra self care. It is also important to remember that this is a process, and will continue to unfold.
