First appointments, please book the 50 minute session. In this 50 minute session, we will dive deeper into the releasing process. We will work together on your specific issues and release underlying imbalances preventing you from being and feeling your best. We will work on physical or emotional pain or discomfort and potentially identify any patterns in your life that prevent you from being your best self. A package of multiple sessions is available for best results and continuing work.
